At Hope Provides we’re focused on bridging the gap between career coaching and holistic well-being. This framework was built on one foundational truth, that everything is connected. The way you work, rest, eat, move, and show up in your relationships it's all one story.

Our goal is to help you effectively blend the work you do with the life you want to lead without compromise.

We accomplish this in three steps:

  1. Reflection on who you are, your core values and your passions.

  2. Name the changes you’d like to make in your life.

  3. Design an action plan that aligns with your purpose and goals.

Our Services

  • Personalized career | wellness sessions for individual clients: 60 minutes, virtual. Tailored to each client's goals, challenges, and pace.

  • 3–4 hours focused on a single pillar or a curated combination. Ideal for small teams, community groups, or individual deep-dives.

  • An immersive experience weaving together multiple pillars. Includes reflection exercises, group discussion, movement breaks, and take-home tools.

  • A 45–90 minute speak for company-wide events, conferences, or leadership meetings. High-impact, practical, and immediately actionable.

  • Customized for leaders in service roles, addressing compassion fatigue, boundary-setting, and sustainable serving.

As your coach, I am here to listen and observe, holding the space for you to explore without judgement and talk through the changes you want to make in your personal and professional life.

I desire to help individuals find and enjoy the work they do while effectively blending it with a thriving personal life.
