About
As a former HR Professional holding many key roles within various industries, I’ve sat behind the desk for thousands of hiring, promotion, and salary negotiation cycles.
Today, I combine that institutional authority along with my work as an Executive Coach with Randstad Risesmart, a Core Values Coach for Cornell University Engineering and as a Certified Wellness Coach from the National Academy of Sports Medicine. I don't just help you find a job; I help you build a sustainable, high-performance career that respects your nervous system as much as your bottom line.

My name is Amanda and I’m glad you’re here
I spent 17+ years in the trenches of corporate and non profit leadership as an HR Business Partner and HR Manager. I have been the person "in the room" for thousands of talent reviews and salary negotiations but more importantly, I have been the Recruiter and Lead Interviewer. I have personally screened thousands of candidates and conducted the interviews that determine who gets the offer and who gets the "rejection" email. I know exactly what makes a resume stand out in an ATS, what a recruiter is looking for in the first 30 seconds, and the specific language that commands a higher salary.
Today, I combine that tactical recruitment "insider" knowledge with my work as a Leadership Coach for Cornell University Engineering. At Cornell, I coach the next generation of technical leaders on Core Values and Leadership training. In my private practice and my work with Randstad RiseSmart, I have leveraged this 360-degree perspective to help 280+ professionals and executives land high-impact roles.
My philosophy: Success shouldn't cost you your health.
As a Trauma-Informed and Certified Wellness Coach, I don’t just give you the "Recruiter’s Playbook" to land the job; I give you the "Wellness Framework" to survive the pressure. I bring an HR professionals strategy to your career and a coach’s heart to your well-being.
Whether we are auditing your market value or mastering your interview presence, we are building a career that is strategically positioned, high-earning, and sustainably yours.

At a time when the job market is being flooded by extremely qualified and talented candidates, I truly believe that the guidance and insight Amanda provided me are what allowed me to find a job much earlier than I expected. I was elated when I was finally able to tell her I accepted a role with a company in the same industry and I could tell it meant a great deal to her as well, knowing how much time she invests in people and how much she cares about their success. It really was a pleasure working with Amanda. She was an extremely valuable resource and I would most certainly recommend her to anyone that needs career counseling/coaching. I'm very happy and forever thankful we crossed paths!
