It’s Your Independence Day
America is 250 years old and on July 4th, parades, events, food and fireworks will be prevalent.
That being said, I encourage you to claim your independence from everything that holds you back or brings you down. This includes workplaces, leadership, relationships and unhealthy habits.
We are at the 6 month mark for the year, make the next 6 months yours. Commit to at least 30 minutes of exercise a day in the gym or just simply taking a walk. Meal prep for the week versus ordering out or grabbing fast food because you’re tired. Carve out time for you to just be still and breathe. Practice grounding or mindfulness exercises to calm and soothe your weary soul.
It’s never too late to take back your time, energy and peace. As the fireworks pop with glorious colors seen a mile away, you too should celebrate just how far you’ve come and despite any set backs, how you will courageously move forward creating noticeable impact in your life.
